Los Huevos is a Hispanic street gang in Gangster Vegas and minor antagonizing enemies that only appear in the main storyline of the game. They wear blue clothes and cosmetics along with headbands, tank tops, and tattoos. They first appear when the main character (Jason Malone) along with their ally Karen meets a Los Huevos gang member and arms dealer in a trailer park who is known as Luis before orders a gang of his thugs to fight Jason and Karen. Throughout the story, the main character will be fighting these gang members at times until the second to last mission of the storyline where they are seen as some gangster reinforcements that are ordered to attack the police and kill Benny who is a major character of the storyline. So in a summary, Los Huevos is a minor antagonizing gang who will always be hostile to you throughout the story until the second to last mission.
